Hey everyone, I’m back again with another project! This time, I decided to remake a classic – the Yves Saint Laurent YSL COLLEGE BAG. Yeah, that fancy name. I’ve always loved the look of this bag, so I thought, why not try to make one myself? So I got started.
First, I looked up a bunch of pictures of the bag online. I looked around and studied every detail, the stitching, the hardware, everything. The YSL COLLEGE BAG has this cool, timeless design that I really dig, so I wanted to get it just right. They are carefully made with attention to small details, ensuring high quality and elegance, as I know. After I had a good idea of what I was doing, I gathered my materials. I got some leather, some thread, and all the other bits and pieces I needed. This part took a while because I wanted to find stuff that looked like the real deal but didn’t cost a fortune.
Then came the cutting. I carefully measured and cut out each piece of leather, following the pattern I’d sketched out. This was a bit nerve-wracking because I didn’t want to mess up. One wrong cut, and I’d have to start all over again. Luckily, I managed to get through it without any major disasters.
Next up was the sewing. I started by stitching together the main body of the bag. It sounds easy, but getting the seams straight and even took some serious concentration. Slowly but surely, the bag started to take shape. I added the lining, the pockets, and all the little details that make the YSL COLLEGE BAG so special.
