Hey guys, it’s me again! I’m back to share another one of my little adventures. So, the other day, I was scrolling through a bunch of online shops, just looking for something nice, and then I saw it – this Perfect CopyFendi Brown Zucchino Mama Forever Baguette Shoulder Bag. Man, it looked just like the ones on the official Fendi site, but the price was way lower. I was like, “No way, this can’t be real, right?” But my curiosity got the better of me, and I decided to give it a shot. I mean, why not? It looked so good in the pictures!

So, I clicked “buy” and waited. A few days later, a package arrived at my doorstep. I ripped it open, and there it was. It looked pretty decent at first glance. I started checking it out, feeling the material, looking at the stitching and all that. I even went online to find some tips on how to tell if a Fendi bag is real or not. One website talked about this hologram thing that Fendi started using to fight off the fakes. I looked for it inside the bag, and guess what? It was there! A little shiny sticker, just like the website described.

  • Checked the logo and serial number:
    • The logo looked clean and was stamped into the leather just right.
    • Found the serial number inside one of the pockets – a really long number, hard to miss.
  • Examined the Zucca and Zucchino patterns:
    • Recalled that Fendi often uses these two patterns.
    • The bag had this classic Zucchino pattern all over it, which seemed legit.
  • Looked at the hardware:
    • The zippers had “YKK” on them and also the Fendi logo on both sides.
    • Everything was shiny and seemed well-made.

The Pocket Test

Another thing I read online was about the pockets. Apparently, the fakes often mess up the pockets, using cheap materials or something. So, I checked the pockets on my bag, and they seemed pretty solid. Nice material, well-stitched, no loose threads or anything. I even found some articles mentioning that the real deal, the iconic Baguette bag, came out in 1997. It’s supposed to be this super versatile and timeless piece. I have to say, my bag kinda felt like that. It seemed like it could go with anything, you know?

To be honest, for a copy, this bag was really impressive. I’ve been using it for a while now, and it’s holding up pretty well. I even took it to a get-together, and a couple of my friends, who are really into designer stuff, thought it was genuine. They were pretty shocked when I told them it was a copy. But hey, I got a bag that looks almost like the real thing, and I didn’t have to break the bank for it. All in all, I’d say this was a pretty successful experiment. I got to learn a bit about what makes a Fendi bag, and I got myself a nice-looking shoulder bag. Not bad for a day’s work, right?
